Yes. Because our treatments require medical oversight, every plan includes an online consultation with a licensed provider. There is no separate consultation fee — it is included in your plan.

Once your case is created you can message your assigned provider any time from Account → Messages. They typically reply within 1–2 business days. For anything non-medical (billing, shipping, account) use the Contact Us form.

ForeverHer is available in all 50 states. Your state of residence is confirmed during the quiz, before you pay.

Today, ForeverHer offers two OB-GYN-prescribed weight care programs: Sculpted™ (compounded semaglutide) and Toned™ (compounded tirzepatide). Your Care Specialist decides which, if either, is appropriate for you based on your goals and health history. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

Most protocols are a simple once-weekly self-administered injection. Your provider sets your dose, guides your first steps and adjusts your plan as your body responds.

Results vary from person to person — your body’s response, lifestyle and health history all play a role. Your provider will set clear expectations based on your individual plan.

Yes. Sculpted™ and Toned™ are compounded medications, prepared by a state-licensed U.S. pharmacy on your Care Specialist’s prescription. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved, which means the FDA does not review their safety, effectiveness or quality before they are marketed. Your Care Specialist decides whether a compounded medication is appropriate for you.

A licensed medical provider reviews your intake, health history and goals before anything is prescribed. If a treatment is not appropriate for you, they will not approve it — and you are not charged.

Safety comes first. The intake screens for contraindications, and your provider makes the final call. Please answer every medical question honestly so your care is safe and appropriate.

Your health information is kept private and handled under our Health Data Privacy Policy. We never sell your medical data, and clinical details stay behind your secure login.

Message your Care Specialist from Account → Messages at any time — they can adjust your plan. If you ever have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Yes — shipping is always included and complimentary. Your medication ships in discreet, temperature-appropriate packaging once your provider approves your plan.

You can follow every stage from Account → Orders. When your order ships you will get a tracking number by email and in the app.

Your card is authorized at checkout but only charged once a provider approves your treatment. If your plan is not approved, the authorization is released and you are not charged.

Because our products are personalized prescription medications, they generally cannot be returned once shipped. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details, and reach out if something arrives damaged or incorrect.

Ongoing plans renew automatically so your treatment never lapses. You can view your plan, billing history and next charge from Account → Subscription.

Yes. You can change or cancel your plan any time from Account → Subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund an order already approved and shipped.

At checkout you can choose to pay with Klarna where available, which splits your payment into interest-free installments. You can also pay by card.

Manage your saved cards from Account → Profile → Payment Methods. Your card details are stored securely with our payment processor, never on our servers.
