Before you pay

After checkout, you’ll answer a few quick questions. Your Care Specialist reviews them and, once approved, confirms your prescription within the same day.

Consultation fee

Your plan price includes a $20 consultation fee for the licensed physician who reviews your health assessment. This fee is part of the total shown above and is never billed separately.

Delivery and approval

Estimated delivery: 3–5 days after approval. Your payment is held and only processed once your prescription is approved. If it isn’t approved, your hold is released in full.

Billing cycle

Your plan renews automatically at the end of each cycle, at the plan price shown, until you cancel — every 60 days on the starter plan, every 3 months on the 3-month plan, every 6 months on the 6-month plan, and semi-annually on the 12-month plan. Renewals are charged to the payment method you provide at checkout. The FOREVER60 starter offer applies to your first cycle only.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your Member Space before your next renewal date and you won’t be charged again. Medication that has already shipped is non-refundable. If you’re not clinically eligible, your hold is released in full.
